The final chapter of what turned out a trilogy of black-and-white graffiti live performances.
Like "Wandeln" (2011) and "Pandoras Box" (2012) this has been a youth project with volunteers.
While "Wandeln" dealt with conflict potential on a global scale and "Pandoras Box" with the conflict potential between individual and society, this one goes into the internal battle field between mental and emotional approach... (different interpretations are possible also)
I just got a whole load of photos of the latest performance from my best friend Heartsong - thank you!
Seemingly it wasn´t easy to get good photos in the half-dark arena...
The video is coming soon, though!
The wall for my next performance is under construction. As usual it will take place at the "Kulturzentrum Schlachthof" in my hometown Bremen. The date is saturday the 21st september in the evening, about 10 pm. This will be the opening evening of the "Explosive!" theatre festival.
I´m exhausted as hell. Once again I managed to achieve several thousand euros funding for this project, doing all of this application work alone, dealing with three different institutions to finally get the means together to be able to realize this project. Which took several months.
Next I had an incredible hard time to even get enough people to work with me in this, for what reasons ever. People seem to be much too busy to even be able to do what they like, or too comfortable to truly engage in something. One guy that I loved working with since last years performance would have enjoyed to take part again, but moves to another town just now. So it was really hard to even get to the point of creating a whole new show together. Some rehearsals were cancelled due to rain. Others because noone showed up.
I´m not doing any more advertisement for this, so anyone interested best write it down in your calendar now! I don´t have any flyers, logos, photos or press texts to show.
This one is called "Chaos & (B)order". It´s the final chapter of the trilogy starting with "Wandeln" in 2011, continued with "Pandoras Box" in 2012 and now this one.
Saturday evening, 10 pm.
