Battlebox “Autofreier StadTraum”

Danke euch!

On the 21st september we had the last Battlebox of this year so far. It was windy, it was rainy, but we had some fun. I for the first time this season had the opportunity to let go of the "responsible-trip" a bit and celebrate a little, like others did all the time.

TSW Sketchbook ca. ‘91

A friend of mine gave me this PDF with scans he made from old black-and-white copies of sketches, not only by TSW / The Style Warriorz, but loads of others aswell. In some cases it's hard to tell who made the original sketch, since at that times, people used to make their own tag on these copies, before they were given way to the next guy.
A few names here are Scez / Zoe (the later Keno (R.I.P.)), Menace, Jore, Eton, Newton, Caras, D-Nize, Jase, B-Base, me, and then there's some stuff from other towns and UK aswell.
The quality is bad, I think it was one of his first tries to digitally archive stuff in the late 90s... (and of course, many of the copies have been bad quality already before that)

MONSTR

MONSTR from Kenmo on Vimeo.

My first self-made video!
I´m planning to make a whole series of "monster" pieces and short videos.
The background is inspired by my latest performance "Chaos & (B)order". The issue "monster" is inspired by a dream I had few years ago and deep emotional shadow-work.

I wonder why the photo shots in the first part of the video don´t have the same format as the rest of the video, even though they are done by the same camera without changing any settings inbetween...
Maybe some smart person has an answer for me ;)

Chaos & (B)order: the video and more photos.

Chaos & (B)order from Kenmo on Vimeo.

The final chapter of what turned out a trilogy of black-and-white graffiti live performances.
Like "Wandeln" (2011) and "Pandoras Box" (2012) this has been a youth project with volunteers.
While "Wandeln" dealt with conflict potential on a global scale and "Pandoras Box" with the conflict potential between individual and society, this one goes into the internal battle field between mental and emotional approach... (different interpretations are possible also)
